The Second Chance Prom

Phil Petersen, Exulted Ruler of the Englewood Elks thanks everyone for coming to the event and
invites everyone to become new members.  Center:   Phil and Betty Petersen,  Joyce & Randy Walckle
pose for a group photo.  Right:  Housecleaning Chairman, Randy Walckle invites everyone to come
to dinner on Saturday night since they had a 3 day state permit to allow non-members into their facility.

The Englewood Elks sponsors many community charitable works and raise funds
for many things, including sending 93 kids to Florida Elk Youth Camp this year
and providing 12 full college scholarships to local youths.

The dance went on until 11:00 pm

Pat Newton of Newton Studios Inc., and Vice president, editor and art director of the
Englewood Review dressed in a black sequin dress... with optional top hat.

I took this picture as I was leaving the prom around 11:30 pm,
with the full (blue moon) rising behind it
